Hotels Reservation Process
How do I make a reservation?
The reservation process we have is very simple. Once you have selected a hotel that suits you click on the "Click to Book" button. You can then select the dates you want to stay and the room type(s) you want.
Will you confirm my reservation by phone?
No. We make confirmations only by e-mail so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct e-mail address.
How do I make a reservation for someone else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his or her name instead of yours for the guest name. Use the company address or a billing address for the credit card you are using as the address.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear, which you should print out. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking reference number. You will also receive a confirmation email containing more information such as the hotel's contact details. This will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied during reservation, so please make sure it is correct.
I haven't received my confirmation yet, what shall I do?
Your booking confirmation from the hotel booking agency should be with you within minutes of making a booking. Sometimes it might take longer, but if you do not receive your confirmation within a few hours, then please do contact hotel booking agency.
Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email. The only way to make bookings through the London Hotels web site is by using the online reservation system.
Can I receive confirmation of my booking in the post?
No. Our booking system is completely based online. A printed copy of the email confirmation you receive from the hotel booking agency is all you will need as proof of booking a hotel room. It displays your booking reference, information about the hotel, your room rates, confirmation number, and the hotel's cancellation policy.
Can I book a hotel for day use?
Unfortunately it is not possible to book a hotel for day use. The minimum that can be booked through our web site is one night. At the moment we cannot provide bookings for meeting rooms either.
How many rooms can I book at once?
You can book as many rooms as you want, subject to availability. If you do book a large number of rooms, you may be asked for confirmation or authorisation by other methods.
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.
Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?
The hotel will receive confirmation by fax at the same time you receive your confirmation. Please note that there may be a small delay before the hotel enters the booking in their own front office system.
