What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
The check-in and check-out times differ. You will find them on the overview page of the hotel. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to let the hotel know in advance using the Remarks field in the reservation form, or inform the hotel directly using the contact details you will find in your confirmation email.
Can I check in earlier than the check in time?
Early check in is subject to availability on the day of arrival and depends on how many rooms were occupied on the previous night.
Can I check out later than check out time?
Most of the hotels (subject to availability) will allow, usually without charge extended check out until midday. However most of the hotels will charge for any extended stay past midday, unless otherwise agreed with hotel reception/front desk.
How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?
We advise you to contact the hotel. You will find the contact details of the hotel in your confirmation email.
I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?
You will find the check-in times on the overview page of the hotel. We advise you to contact the hotel to make sure you can check-in late. You will find the contact details of the hotel in your confirmation email.
How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities?
On the overview page of the hotel, you will find more details about parking facilities at or nearby the hotel. Some hotels offer free parking to their guests, although some may charge. Long-term parking, such as airport parking, is offered at the discretion of the hotels. This may be listed on the hotel's Information page.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Many hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This may be listed on the Hotel's information page. If it is offered, there may be a charge by the hotel for this service.
Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs, at a charge. Some may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds.
What are the directions to the hotel?
The location information of the hotel is usually listed on the Hotel's information page. This will also be included in the confirmation email.
Is breakfast included?
Many hotels offer free breakfast, and this will be indicated on the Hotel's information page.
How do I find out if a hotel has a certain facility, e.g. a lift?
You can check the hotel facilities on the overview page of the hotel.
Can you give me the phone number for any of the hotels in London?
If you have made a reservation with Hotels London Web Site you will be given the hotel's telephone number in your confirmation e-mail.
How do I find out if a hotel allows pets?
You can check the hotel facilities on the overview page of the hotel. Hotels that allow pets will have a description of the types of pets allowed.
I'm looking for pictures of the London hotels, where are they?
On each hotel page there is a main photo. There may be a link that leads you to a page of thumbnails of the rooms, restaurant etc. that can be clicked on for a larger view.
What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge. Some hotels have a limit on how many people can stay in a hotel room.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. If you are in doubt, please check the hotel's information page.
Could you send me maps and/or other information about the hotel?
All the information regarding the hotel (such as facilities and rates) is located on each hotel's web page. For additional information, you may contact the hotel directly.
What is Continental and English breakfast?
Continental- Cold breakfast including: cereals, fruit, bread (toast), juices, tea & coffee, cold meats
Full English - Cooked breakfast including: bacon, eggs, tomatoes, baked beans, toast, mushrooms, juices, tea/coffee
Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with the reception or in the luggage room until your room is ready. Most of the hotels will extend the same facilities at the check out, however some of the hotels may request a small charge.
Can you tell me if there is non-smoking rooms available in a particular hotel?
On the hotels features page it shows you whether or not the hotel offers non-smoking rooms. More and More London Hotels are becoming non-smoking only, except in the bar, so check if a hotel is completely non-smoking.
