How can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel your reservation or send the hotel booking agency a request for a modification by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Depending on how far in advance you make your cancellation or alterations to the booking, the hotel booking agency will try to accommodate you. Late cancellations may incur a charge, please see the hotel's cancellation policy for details.
How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to the hotel booking agency.
What will happen if I do not cancel and do not arrive at the hotel?
If you do not cancel and do not arrive at the hotel a non-arrival fee will be charged against your credit card, normally equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
Do I pay a cancellation fee?
London Hotels web site will never charge you a cancellation fee. However, each hotel has it's own cancellation policy and cancellation period. Make sure you cancel on time according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, to avoid being charged a cancellation fee by the hotel. Details of the hotel's cancellation policy are normally in the hotel's information page.
What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
The cancellation policy will normally be on the hotel's information page. It may be presented to you during the reservation process or sent to you in the confirmation e-mail of your booking.
How do I amend a hotel booking/reservation?
You will need to contact the hotel booking agency directly either by phone or email, not the hotel. If you wish to extend the length of your booking or add extra rooms, provided the hotel has availability, the hotel booking agency will amend the reservation for you and send you an email confirming the new booking details. If the hotel is not able to fulfil your request the hotel booking agency will let you know, suggesting some alternative arrangements for your consideration.
If you wish to reduce the length of your stay, this will be in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy.
If you contact the hotel booking agency outside our office hours or if the hotel's reservation desk is closed the hotel booking agency will not be able to let you know immediately whether your request can be fulfilled.
How do I change hotels?
You can cancel your original reservation and rebook at the desired hotel. Please note that if a cancellation is made outside the first hotel's cancellation policy, there may be a cancellation fee charged.
If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
You will normally get a refund, if your credit card has been debited for payment of the hotel room. If you cancel outside the hotel's own cancellation policy, there may be a charge for a cancellation fee.
Can I extend my stay when I am staying at the hotel?
You may be able to extend your stay if you wish, depending on the availability of rooms at the London Hotel.
